Well its been a few weeks since ive been own her. Alot of people on her where very negative to my post a few where very supportive. My daughter is now 26 weeks pregnant. The father is still giving us heck. Monday night he came to my house just walked in uninvited, it scared me and I screamed. Well he sat on the couch and was harrasing her about the babys last name. He was constantly adrgueing with her the whole time about it. He also gave her $5 toward $20 dollars that he borrowed from her a while back. Well we all sat down to eat and he gets up and just walks out and slams the front door. I told my daughter he wasnt coming back tonight. Well my sis n law and her husband where having supper with us that evening. After supper my sis nlaw and my daughter ran to the store. While we where gone the boy came back to my house my brother n law on my front porch tells him my daughet isint here right now and he responds back im not here to see her im her to get my money. He shoves his way by him in my house and runs to my daughters room to get the money and runs right back out the door. He ran up our road and hid out in our woods. When we pulled up my oldest son came running out of the house and told us what just happened. I begin to yell and say im so tired of his crap and he always keeping u upset. Tommorrow I will file a restaining order. Well he heared me and came out yelling and got up in my face and said I heared everything u just said. And I said ive told u before and I mean it. I told him to get away from my house and yard and go home, he swung his arm back to hit me, and when he did my brother n law stepped in. The boy was very angry and said u want a piece of me, I will kill u u son of a b. He then picked up a huge rock from my flower bed and was going to throw it at him. I then yelled for my son to call the police because he would not leave. He was gone of course by the time they got there. They said they could go to where he was staying and tell him he couldnt come back or we would just call the police back and have him picked up for tresspasssing. I told the police everything that had been going on for the past few months and they said they could only do something about what is going on now not the past. They told me I would have a hard time getting a restaining order on him at this time cause I never called anything in before. They told me to call in every time he did something so it would be documenented and then we could get a restaining order against him. They told us it was only going to get worse if we didnt do something now. My daughter is over him totally but he still tries to worm his way back in and keep her all worked up. He told her this past weekend he had been smoking ice and that he had been up several days. He has always had a bad side to him but ive never seen him loose it that bad before. It is almost like he has 2 different personalitys. I know after dna he is going to get visitation rights and it scare me and my daughter really bad that he will be alone with the child. But what can we do. We are lost puppe in this and have know where to turn if only I had of had heart a while back to call the police on him and have evrything documenetd. Im just scared of him being alone with the baby. Hes even threatend my daughter that he was going to take her baby away after she has it. Rrrrrrrrrr!!!!! This is a huge mess and it is tearing me to pieces.
