Hi,

i am 15 years old, I have been masturbating for a few months. Anyway, I masturbated normally yesterday, and it hurt a little bit. Now I am a very anxious person, so I immidietly started to worry, and I would have dull pains in my penis, testicles, and lower stomach area. When I wouldn't worry about it, it wouldn't hurt, but every once and a while I would have a dull pain. I am worried I did something wrong, and I have no idea how to stop this.

So, does anyone know if worrying can cause minor pain, because my symptoms don't add up to any medical condition.
