Q: Stop Eating After 6?

Hi!
I'm about 5'3 and weigh between 150-157, it changes. I would really like to lose 15-20 pounds and keep it off! I've heard that discontinuing eating after a certain time will help me lose faster. Does anyone know if that's true and, if there's a certain plan with it?
Thanks.

Great, the guy asked for a serious reply and he gets a sales pitch from some road travelling medicine man Rolling Eyes

it does not matter if you eat after six or not. The problem is after dinner/supper/eveing meal, you have reached your calorie budget for the day. So, if you eat after that, you are going over your calorie budget and may gain weight.

The idea that what you eat after 6pm or 8pm turns to fat is bs. The time of day you eat is not the problem. If your body needs the calories or not, is the main thing.
