The other night this girl I work with stopped by my house and we ended in my bed. I was excited and wanted to have sex with her but could not get an erection. We tryed oral sex and everything else to get me hard. Nothing worked. She was nervous as well and could not climax as well. It was really embarassing. Later after she left I masterbated but it took me awhile to get hard and a long time to ejaculate. Im in my forties and masterbate at least once or twice a day. Do you think the tension and the masterbation caused the problem.Generally it takes a little time to get an erection but I normally do. I dont take drugs or drink. Anybody out there have any suggestions.

When you both relax about having sex with each other you will be able to get hard faster.
