What the Hell Happened to Me?
Posted: 08-15-06 22:51pm

Hey,
i'm from a small town, population 1000 :p since I was about 14 i've always had guys around wanting to date me, to the point where they would constantly overlap. Most guys I dated were from out of town, but it was great. Just since may, it's all gone down hill. After my boyfriend and I broke up, I started seeing someone else for a few months. That didn't work out. Then a guy came around but only for a week or two, and now, nothing. It's just odd to me, i'm wondering if anyone experienced this? I'm 18 and am just as attractive as I was before may :p
i don't have any friends...So I don't really have anyone who can tell me what happened or anyone to talk to.
I guess this all started because almost every guy i've liked has always shown interest back, but the last 2 guys, just turn the other way. And no don't throw the old "you must have been with too many guys" line at me, I haven't been. I've only had 3 serious relationships, all the other guys were good friends that liked me whether anything came from it or not...
Sorry, i've just been having a rough time.

Hey there,
im about 9 years older than you and I have sort of been where you are. Nothing has happened to you i'm pretty sure. It might be difficult, but don't let a guys attention determine your self worth. I know you said that you dont have any friends and that must be tough.... Friends make times like this easier because they make you realize how great you are even without a guy. I dont think the issue is you not having a guy, I feel it may be that you are lonely for companionship. I may be way off base here but like I said initially, I have been in your situation and over time I realized thats what it was for me.

Let me know how things go.

I think you need to take time out for yourself for a while and then get back in the game.People can pick up on things and your feelings just based upon how you act and the way you talk.
