Cirrhosis And Related Conditions

My husband has been diagnosed with cirrhosis diabetes and a blocked carotid artery, he's two years into the cirrhosis also has spiderangiomy asites and bleeding issues what is the prognosis and will he be able to have surgery for the blocked artery.
