Hi,
i have some serious stomach problems that have caused me to be really cautious with food and to make a long story short I have picked up some really bad habits because i'm so scared to eat and be in pain! So my weight was down around 94 pounds at one time. Well now i'm on some medication that is helping a lot and I can eat a lot more than I used to be able to.

What I want to know is, can my body bloat up from reintroducing this amount of food? I was happy that I finally gained some weight but now my body seems to be just bloated. Like my stomach is hard but sticks out further than it should and eventually the rest of my body gained more weight from this also. I don't mind the weight but i'm just carrying it really weird and I was wondering if thi is normal? Thanks!

Hi, there.
Look, it's normal to think and "see" that your body is (or looks) bloated after a meal, because you don't seem to be addicted to some bad habits, as you said.
But that's only an impression; you're not gonna get fat or heavy just for eating normally and correctly - you're gonna get healthier. Have you tried to go to a nutricionist and get a meals plan? That could work.

Good luck!
