Q: Acne Or Std?

I have a red bump that lloks liek a pimple on my crotch. Its a little dark, and is a few inches away from my penis, near where my leg meets my crotch. Sometiems my pants or boxers bunch up in teh ares and cause a lot of friction. Also there is one hair in the middle of it. Is it acne, a cyst, or something sexually transmitted?
