For the past 3 months no matter how long I sleep at night, be it 6 hours or 9 hours, I sleep through my alarm. Tried changing my alarm but I am literally shutting everything out. When I wake up, I feel the most severe depression and sleepiness I have ever felt and this goes on for about 3 hours. About 10 minutes after I get out of bet I get headaches and my whole body hurts just like a hangover. And all day long I am mentaly fatigued. I was diagnosed with depression at 8 and was given prozac for it for 4 years but since then I have not taken medication for it because it is usually caused by low blood sugar or boredom. I havn't had a long span depression(more than 2 or 3 days) since I was 12. Anyway what I am trying to figure out is, is this a sleep problem or is this just depression.

Thanks in advance.

In a side note if I ever sleep past 9 hours at night or even 10 minutes during the day I wake up with a really bad hangover. No depression or sleepiness though.
