Q: Red Marks On Inner Thigh

I noticed about 6 months ago I got a red mark on my right inner thigh near my testicles. During this time I have had a few sex partners but I have been for the most part safe. In the last couple of months this mark seemed to have grown and also it appears that a smaller mark is beginning to form around the same area. Does anyone have any idea why this is occuring or what it is.
