Q: Red Spots On My Inner Leg

I have a red spot on my inner right leg near my testicles for about 4 months. I noticed it has grown since that time and now it also appears that another one is starting to appear. I'm going to get a checkup in the next few weeks but I wanted to know if anyone could help me or has anyone heard of this before.
