Q: Red Lump Next to Scrotum.

Hey I got a bit of a lump to the left of my scrotum where the leg joins, if u see what I mean. There is a layer of skin peeling off and its itchy if I itch it, cant feel it otherwise, not sure if this is the right place to put it as I havn't had sex but if anyone knows what it is and jould put my mind at rest that would be cool. Its kinda reminisent of a bug bite bt dunno hw 1 gt ther...
