Hi, first of all, does anyone no what actually causes an orgasm in a man? I've heard that its the pc muscle applying presure to the prostate (male g spot).
I've also heard that while kegel exercises strengthen the pc muscle, they also causes it to tighten in some men, which then makes it press even more against the the prostate and cause premature ejaculation. Apparently the best way to deal with this and to last longer is to practice reverse kegels which stretch and loosen up the pc muscle. Does anyone have any more knowledge/experience about this subject?
Thanx
