Sometimes like if im laying flat down on my back and take a deep breath there is a pressure like right under my left breast.. Or sometimes I have a throbbing feeling above and below my left breast it doesnt hurt but I can feel it, and sometimes it feels like someone is poking my heart with a pin... Is this a sign of anxiety or does this sound more like a heart problem?
