I'm a 17 year old male. Since I was
about 10 (roughly about the time I went
into puberty) I started to notice tiny
white/pink lumps over the skin of my penis
and my scrotum, varying in size but not by
too much. They appear to not be spots as
their tough... Almost like their little
tough inflations of my skin. Over the
next year my penis became completly
covered in them (literally), including the
end of my penis under the skin - around
the edges where the penis widens out;
these 'spots' are much more smaller but
there are loads of them. Seeing as it's
been 7 years I am assuming it is not a
disese or some type of infection, but they
make me realy insecure about how I would
look naked to a female. And I doubt a
girl would want to 'give head' to somebody
with a very spotty penis.
I've heard these are called milk spots but
I would like to know for certain that they
are by posting here my exact problem. If
they are, I read that if they're big
enough then you can pop them with a
sterile needle because they are sists
(spelling), and it will just pour out, is
this true? And is there any other
ways?
Being a 17 year old male you can
understand that this is a realy big
insecurity for me, so I would really
appreachiate some help on the situation.

I have those on my balls but not on my
pecker. Yes when they get big you can
pop them and a kinda powdery white grainy
paste comes out. Very unlike acne and
usually a very tiny amount. I always
thought of them as ingrown hairs or ball
acne or sacne .
Since I haven't seen your penis and balls
myself I can't tell you if they are the
same, and since I am not going to show you
mine then we'll never know. However, if
you are that worried go into a planned
parenthood and get tested for stds. Free
if you are under the age of 18 as long as
you give them a donation. ($1, $5
whatever).
It is a favorite past-time of mine to pop
my sacne.
