20 Year Old Female With Swollen Blotchy Hands

My daughter was taken to the hospital by ambulance because her boyfriend woke up to find her not breathing and with blood all over her face. We (her father and i) went to see her the next day after she was released from emergency, and her hands and feet where really red, swollen, and blotchy. Does this happen when your extremities do not get enough oxigen or is this something else? She was instructed to go to her own doctor. She presently has a heart condition that needs attention but kaiser has let go of the specialist that was to handle her case and now she is in limbo again. Oh the boyfriend stated that they had eaten fast food and she had her stomach pumped and she was given charcoal. I guess my second question is does it sound like we are being given the run around by my daughter and the boyfriend?

I'm sorry and I hate to say it...But I do think you are being told a lie from your daughter and her boyfriend....Why would she not have been breathing and have blood all over her face if they just ate fast food? Doesn't make sense to me and I wouldn't buy it....I'm sorry I don't mean to be rude but I am just concerned...Honestly it sounds like to me that your daughter got beat up or something more than likely by her boyfriend? I don't know all the details but its just something to consider....What does your husband think? Well good luck with everything!!
