Hi heather vitiligo is white pigmentation that forms on your skin when the white blood cells over power the red ones

I got this vitilligo too, its a real pain in the ass, but hell I guess I have to fight this devil...Lol ! So I was wondering, how do I tell my boyfriend this ? How do I explain what this is ? and how do I fight it anyway, ive tried some lotions the doctor gave me but it doesnt really work, so ive been takin some vitamins and I think thats workin but very slowly, so I was wondering, what else can I try ???
