Q: Lump Under Eye

Hi,
roughly 6 times in the past few years a small pea sized lump which seems to be fluid appears under my right eye (at the bottom of the eye bags/top of cheek). It always disappears within 24 hours.
Today a bigger one has appeared (about the size of a thumbnail). My cheek is all tight and tingly and my kids have been asking has someone punched me!!!
Does anyone have any ideas what it could be?
