How common is morning sickness just after conception?

Most people don't have morning sickness until they've at least missed their period. It seems like on average it starts around 5-6 weeks (which is 3-4 weeks after conception).

Ya I started morning sickness at 5 weeks of being pregnant. Hehe, and it ended at 29 weeks :s good luck!! Hehe

I'm very thankful that I have not had morning sickness yet! Hopefully it won't happen at all =) some people get it, other don't...Its like stretchmarks

I hate mine. I'm 9 weeks, &its getting better, but .I never puke.. Just feel super duper nauseous &sick &like .I'm going to puke.. But I never do. Ew ew ew. Not fun!
