Hi,
i was diagnosed with punctate keratitis and given some corticosteroids to alleviate the inflammation. Now, the inflammation, redness, teary eye, light sensitivity is all gone but the blurred vision remains.

I am back to wearing contact lenses. The weird part is, my eye is perfectly fine in the morning but vision becomes increasingly blurred and by night fall its as if im not wearing the lens at all. I've used eye drops to lubricate the eye but no luck yet. Its the 3rd week since being diagnosed with keratitis.

Any of you with past experiences of this problem ? Does this go away eventually or is it permanent ?

Thanks for any feedback.

To badeyes23...i know it has been ages since this post but I was wondering if there was any resolution to your condition. I was diagnosed with Superficial Punctate Keratitis and was given eye drops to treat it. I have the same condition as you. When I wake up my vision is fine but becomes blurred throughout the day.

Did this eventually stop?

Thanks
