Pardon the spellng. I am a 48 year old women. I have a lesion on my left leg called nld. (referenced above) hard to spell. I was tested for diabetes and the test came back negative. But my trigliserides were 1000. Bad. I was wondering if anyone knew if this lesion that is associated with diabetes can be cured. My doctor. Is doing laser and also shots. I found her at uab. After going to dr's that had to look it up in a book. They new nothing about it. I am also using cream. I want it to go away. All away. But it is not looking good.

I would also like to get a copy of a diet. I need it in writing so I can follow it. And I want it to be diabetic friendly. I don't want to have a gastro- bypass. But I understand that if I don't get my trigliserides(sp)down I am going to die. Help. Lots on my plate. This is only the beginning. I have other problems also. Take one at a time. And prioritize.
