I know you don't want to hear this, but you should really have it checked out by a doctor in case it is something like colon cancer. If you are diagnosed with hemroids all you can really do is eat more fiber or take a fiber supplement like metamucil, don't strain when going to the bathroom, and the doc can give you a cream that is for temporary relief. Almost everyone has hemroids some point in their life, especially women because they usually get them when they are pregnant. Good luck and don't let it get worse.
