I was hoping I could get some feedback on something. I am 31 and I have been having trouble digesting red meat. Going on a few years now. After eating within 30 minutes to 2 hours I get severe stomach cramps (to the point my husband has to walk me to the bathroom) which is sooo embarrassing. Then I have incredibly painful bowl movements that last anywhere from 15 minutes to 2 1/2 hours. We switched the place we purchased our meat and that seemed to help for about 2 years. Now it's starting again and it's happening with chicken also. Is this something serious or should I not be worried?
