Hi there! Surgeries always scare me. I am no dr or anything but I have had 22 surgery's and it is not so much the surgery's it is what happens on down the road such as alot of times thei is scar tissue and at times arthritis(not to sure in a surgery in that) but I would do a lot of checking on it 1st it does sound like a great idea and if that is what you want and makes you happy the you know it is your choice then go for it. Even though I am generally a positive person, their is always a chance it could be a botched surgery, even though I hope it is not for your sake.
