Aug, 2 I had my gallbladder removed after 4 wks of nausea and pain in lower right rib cage and right shoulder blade. I felt fine untill monday and untill I ate and it started all over again, nausea, vomiting, diariah, pain in right side. Stayed sick monday night and tuesday, went to Dr. Wed. For post op check and told him he sent me for upper gi and bowel something or other, when I got home the pain was awful. My right side to about half way to my belly. This morning the pain is still there, not as bad, and up the front of my chest on the right side. Any one have any ideas what this is?

Since you have had surgery so recently, you could be having symptoms caused by the surgery itself. Consider going immediately to the er room and have a complete blood and urine work up and a c-t scan.
