What Is Causing the Erectile Dysfunction?

Doktor thank you for your answer. I must say as well that if I have sexual act 2 days continuously, the second day after the sex I feel a slight pain in left testicle and alongside the abdomen. ( I believe it must be the capillaries or veins) it last some hours.
After the sex I don't feel hungry as I used to be before my problems shows up. I dont think the testicles are getting wormer cause of varicocela, but I must confess that they are a little bit cooler than they were before. And when I feel very fast the left testicle when im out in cold area or in front of air condition.
