Hi

iam 25 yrs old, I started having these headaches maybe a year ago, most of the times I thought it was my eyes, it pains on the left side of the head including my eye area, some times I feel like dizzy & vomiting and also it gets very difficult to open my eyes

about 5 months ago a consulted an e.N.T specialist & he told me that I have migrane & he gave me some vitamins & ponstan tablets, how ever it didnt help much. I dont like eating much medicines.

Can u please tell me a way to get rid of this horrible pain

Extremely eHealthy
I use immitrex on onset of the migrane and promethazine for tha migrane and lay down for a couple of hours and sleep it off as promethazine will knock you out and get in a dark room for those couple of hours, it helps!
I have not tried that stuff that you rub on your head. Talk to your dr, the immitrex alone did not knock me out but it did nothing for the nausea!
You might check at the healthfood stores or herb shop, see what they say.
All the best!
