Q: Rhino-cholic?

My father-in-law has just gone into hospital with the symptons of rhinocholic (don't think I have spelt it right) or kidney stones? He has had 2 lots of morphine for the pain last night, but could anyone give me any insight as to what rhino-cholic is??
