Q: By-pass Arteries Clogged And Atrophy Has Set In

A recent catheterization shows that the 3 arteries and 1 vein implanted in august 2000 are totally clogged and atrophy has set in; however, the born with arteries have regenerated themselves and are presently doing the job. Does this make sense or possible?
