Q: Alternative Biliary Dyskinesia Treatments?

I've had blood tests, an ultrasound and a hida scan. Everything was fine except the hida scan came back with a fraction of 6%, indicating biliary dyskinesia. This condition came on very sudden--2 weeks ago I felt on top of the world, now I have stabbing pains in upper-right, bloating and some nausea. This leaves me to pounder if it will ever go away on it's own due to the sudden onset.

All i've seen is surgery for this. My main problem with surgery is that I have ibs and although it's under control, I worry that surgery could react badly with my ibs, causing other digestive symptoms that could make life even worse. Are there any other alternative cures/treatments for this?
