My brother-in-law was just told, by his doctor (after tests) that he has a liquid mass on his brain. What could this be? He has been having dizzy spells over the last month but no other symptoms. He was treated for vertigo at the hospital about one month ago and was told it was probably a sinus problem. Thank you for any help you can give me
