Q: Itchy Spots

During the hot weather I get itchy spots on my legs and round my ankles. I think that it is just the heat and the rubing of my clothes that causes this but is there anyway that I can stop these from happening

Hey,
could be prickly heat, try taking an over the counter antihistimine such as clarytin.
