Q: Heard It Millions of Times. . .

But I still gotta ask. . .I am going to make a doctors appointment for those of you who say "just go to the doctor".It just seems unreal at the moment and i'm not trying to make a big deal out of it cause its probably nothing.Anywho,on saturday I was spotting for about 3 hours and it stopped. Then sunday I spotted again but only for about an hour this time. I had very .V.E.R.Y slight cramping, like I could tell it was there but there was not really too much pain to worry.I thought maybe my period was coming agian but not yet. This has never happened to me before so I don't know what to think. The only thing is,i was on the depo shot for 3 months(only 1 shot). I have been off of it for about 2 months.I had a period about 1 month and 1 week ago, then it stopped for a week then I had another one for a full week then it stopped. It has now been 2 weeks since my last period and yes I had unprotected sex 2 times(thursday night and saturday afternoon).I know there is a chance I could be pregnant but I don't want to get my hopes up for no reason. This wasn't really intended to ask a question I guess.Just explaining my situation in case anyone wanted to add their 2 cents in : )

The problem with depo is we dont know if what you had was a "true period" even though you took one shot. It is too early to tell at this point and you could be spotting due to ovulation. Gots to wait at least 12 days melissa! I hope you are preggo..So you can join us!!

well damn,it shure felt like a period! Lol massive cramps and heavy bleeding, just like before the shot. The thing is,i have never spotted before.I hoep I am too but then i'm gona be a worry wart cause if you get pregnant after you have been on the shot its really likely you could have a mc,and I really .R.E.A.L.L.Y don't want that! Lol I wouldn't mind havin my own I just don't wnt to get my hopes up and then nothing. . . .

I've never heard that you're more likely to have a miscarriage if you become pregnant after having the depo. I fell pregnant with my son a few months after coming off the depo and I had a problem free pregnancy. I realise that doesn't mean everyone will be as lucky as me but I don't think you should worry about that.

If I were you I would do a pregnancy test just in case. Even though it's probably too early if you had a true period only 2 weeks ago , I got a faint positive result 12 days after conception.

thanks for telling me that,it makes me feel a little bit better to know someone's baby survived the shot! Lol seriously though,i heard that its more likely to miscarry so I feel better. I think its way to early to test.If I on;y had implantation bleeding last saturday isn't it waaaayt oo early to tell?

Thanks tay!
