Q: What's the Average Weight?

I'm 16 ,5'10", and i'm 150 pounds. Am I under weight?

I went to Nutri-facts.Com and there is a body mass index calculator and thats how you determine what range your in. For 5' 10" and 150 pounds it is showing your bmi is 21.5 which is normal. It says bmi of 18 to 19 is underweight. 20 to 25 is normal. 25 to 29 is overweight and 30 is obese. Hope this helps. You should check out the site.

This is a little late but im age 16 210 pounds 5'11 but im in football so big is good but your small compared to me so your doing good

That chart is crap kid. You cant juge your obiseity or thinness on a chart. It depends on how much muclse you have compared to fat. Those charts are wrong becasue you could be 200 pounds of ripped muscle like footbal players and be considered obese.

Thats normal, im 5'8 and weigh 130-140 (depends when the last time I ate was :d )

Extremely eHealthy
While muscle does weigh more & obviously for certain jobs/sports you need to be "bigger" the charts give an average idea for people who are doing average things - they are a place to start when determining whether you are within a healthy range or not.
