Spider Bite Or Std??? Posted: 08-08-06 10:56am
About 2 weeks ago, I was taking a shower
and noticed 5-6 bites that looked to be
mosquito bites... I didn't pay much
attention to it. A day or two after the
bite I had sexual intercourse with a
woman, and about 8-10hrs. After that I
started developing an itchy red rash in my
groin/pubic area (not on genitals) at
work... I work in a kitchen so heat and
humidity seemed to cause the onset. The
rash is very itchy, small red marks, some
with whiteheads... And lately they have
formed very small scabs and are fading. I
started to get a bit of the rash on my
arms, thighs, etc, I looked my symptoms up
online and it seems very similar to a
spider bite. About a week later the rash
is still there, it seems to be fading...
But increases after sweating (work, sexual
activity) I have also noticed as of late I
feel angry and irritable in the morning,
and have violent dreams. I also feel
confused and fatigued throughout the first
few hours of my day. Any insight would be
appreciated... I will be seeing a doctor
tommorow.
