Those pills and instruments to help make people taller, and "increase the growth", do they really work?

Extremely EHEALTHy
If you have a glandular problem preventing your growth meds can help(if you are young enough!!) otherwise no!!

As to instruments in some asian countries girls especially have their legs broken time & again & plates put in just to add abit of height, it is a very painful & slow process.

I am 148cm or 4' 10" tall & my daughter is only a touch taller, i've managed fine & a more beautiful young woman than my daughter would be gard to finf. Learn to love yourself for who you are not who magazines or others think you should be.

Thanks
Thanks a lot for answering me.
But i'm still wondering, is there any natural ways that I can use to gain height? I'm now 16... It's just that, I wanna make sure that I tried my best, so my heart could be in peace...
