It is four years now since I was diagnosed with throat cancer. I had the full amount of radiotherapy, and am so lucky that I have, touch wood, retained my voice although it tires easily. But I find it very hard to maintain my weight as my diet is so restricted to processed everything. And sometimes I confess to being a bit lazy and don't bother. I would love some new ideas--and share some--about eating. Oh yes, and voice exercises.
I am glad that I joined ehealth today andf look forwrd to meeing some of you out there.
