Q: Fitness Away From the Gym

New User, Becoming EHEALTHy
I go to the gym 2 to 3 times a week any
suggestions on the best exercise away from
the gym, or is it best just to stick to
what I do at the gym???? I do alot of
walking but because I havent been
attending the gym long I wanted to wait
until I get a bit fitter before perhaps
trying jogging! Any tips - email me or
