I have 2 problems.

First, I have urinary infections that are repeating (like 7-8 times in 2 years). Every time it is e. Coli. I am keeping very good hygiene and I don't know how to prevent it. I have some intestine problems and one of my friends studying medicine said that it might be irritated colon or something like that. I have repeating obstruction or diarrheas and it provokes the infection after. What can I do?

Second thing that is happening to me these days and is very annoying. Sometimes when my period is late and I am not having intercourses, I have erotic dreams that provoke orgasm and contractions that result in bleeding in the morning. Now my period is late but I am experiencing some unpleasant continuous sexual arousal. I am not thinking about sex, it is just physical condition and it is so annoying that I can't concentrate well on my work. I am currently taking antibiotics to cure my last urinary infection, I feel a bit of anxiety and like I am running out of air.
