Hey, just asking for some advice on this, the other day my scrotum seemed to go saggy and my penis really soft and actually looking larger then it usually does flacid... Under my forskin I have random white and yellow looking spots which seem to come and go... And I have a weird annoying tingling sensation around my right genitalia which seems to go right down my right leg, sort of feels like when you have pins and needles. I just turned 18 a few days ago and was drinking alcohol heavily in celebration, I am still a virgin. Anyone can help?
