Med-x Not Recommended
I've been seeing specialist now for 16 years. Trying to figure out what's going on with my back. Besides breaking it 16 years ago, the last 5 years have been really hard and painful. Most doctors only give you medication, or send you to pt. Anyway, about 2 years ago my pain management doctor sent me to a pt and they were going to have me do the med-x treatment. Saying that what I needed was to strengthen my back. So I did it twice and I was in worse shape then before. So I stop going. Anyway, I finally found a pain management doctor that was able to really read my mri, and he said that beside my back needing surgery, that the med-x treatment can really cause strain on your back. Now that's just one doctor's opion. But if I were you, I would look into it.
