Q: Trapped Hair Follicles?

On the underside of my penis I have about 9 or 10 very small lumps. 2 of these lumps are bigger than the rest with one of them being quite noticeably big (perhaps 4mm across. It seems to swell up and then about twice per day it can be squeezed gently like a spot and white stuff comes out of it. I can do this with all of these lumps.

I went to my doctor twice. The first time he said it was a traped hair follicle and the second doctor said they were tiny cysts and nothing to worry about. I'm sexually active and it doesn;t bother my g/f but i'm only concerned for my health.

I do get quite long hairs grow out of these which I pluck out.

I've had these for a couple of years now. They dont seem to be getting any worse but i'm concerned they may do.

Is this a common thing? Why am I getting more than one?

Any advice on this would be really apreciated.

Thanks.

Anthony.
