New User, Becoming EHEALTHy

Hey guys, im new to this forum page... Im 19 years old and ive been thinking about getting nose surgery for about 2 years now. So finally im possitive I want to get it. Im looking for a good doctor in america or in dubai u.A.E. , im looking for a excellent experianced doctor who has a good reasonable price. If anyone can help me I would appretiate it.
