Q: Is a Hard Nipple Abnormal?

my nipples are not usually hard unless there is a cold stimuli or something. My left nipple has been hard pretty much all the time, for a week. Is this a sign of a problem?

A hard nipple is not a sign of a serious problem. A dragged nipple, however, could be a serious problem. I recommend you visit your GP for a physical examination (inspection and palpation) for proper diagnosis and treatment.
