What type of doctors did you go to? It does not sound like you went to a back specialist. I would recommend getting an osteopath as your primary physician from here on out as they have a unique take on medicine that focuses on musculoskeletal conditions and the interaction on its systems. It is a training that many primary md's miss...Though not all are certainly unaware. Is the bump soft to touch or hard? Is it very painful to touch? Does the pain increase when you are sitting or standing? Give me some more information and I will be able to give you my impression as a therapist.
