Hello

i am soooo frustrated and confused. Ok I dont get regular period since I have been off the pill since last august. So I never know when I am ovulation or even if I do ovulate at all. My last period ended on june 3rd. My bf and have sex about every other day or so. I have gone to my doctor already last month and all my preg tests came up neg, including a blood test, and I went for an ultrasound and everything in my uterus is normal. So I go to a gyno next week. But recently this week I have had these symptoms:

- tired
- sore nipples
- dizziness sometimes when I am standing or sitting, and I drink plenty of water and eat a healthy diet.
- heartburn last week
- sometimes I get a faint back pain on my lower left side of my back, I dont usually get back pain.
- mild cramping
- constipated, then regular, then constipated
- irritable ( ifreaked out on my bf yesterday morning for no reason)
- I have had vaginal discharge this week, sometimes clear, sometimes thick white or yellowish with no odor at all. I also had some bright red spotting when I wiped three days ago, then yesterday it was brown when I wiped, today only once when I wiped it was red, now nothing but clear discharge.

These symptoms are confusing to me. I have not felt nausea, or maybe it is too early to tell. And to be honest I am scared to take a hpt cuz I went through all this 9 months ago and they all came out neg. Has anyone else had these symptoms before? The spotting is the one thats freakin me out.

Thank you

The soreness, being irratable, and all that could be pms signs. I though I was pregnant a few months ago and was incredibly frustrated because many of the signs of early pregnancy are also pms signs. The bleeding could be implantation bleeding. However, I thought I was having that, but it turned out to be my period. I had just started on the pill so I wasn't used to having a lighter period. If I were you I would take a home pregnancy test. Get the sensitive kind that can sense the pregnancy hormone before your missed period. These usually come with two tests so I would take one...Then wait a week or so to take the other. If it comes up positive go see your doctor, and if its negative both times, wait it out for your period. If that doesn't come, your best bet would be to see your doctor.
Good luck!

Thats probably a good idea. Try not to freak out...Thats what I did and I ended up stressing myself out so much that I think I was making up pregnancy symptoms without even realizing it. You probably did take the test a bit prematurely. If its close to or after your missed period the test will be tons more accurate. And if you're still not sure make sure to go to the doctor and get a blood test done. Good luck! Let us know how it works out.
