Q: Extreme Pain In Testicles

I had an hernia operation like 5 weeks ago and I tried to masterbate last night but omg I had no problems gettin erect but wene I was just about to ejaculate I had this extreme pain in my testicles and it felt like id been kicked in the nuts this was no mean fete it was absoulty extreme pain like I thought I was gona pass out this has happend 3 times now any one help me on this one......

I had an ingunal hernia but can this be the problem???
