I'm 17 and i've found a lump in my breast. I found it this afternoon, and it's quite large but it wasn't there this morning. If it was a cancer lump could it have grown so quickly? Or is there a chance it's just a swollen gland? I had a rather large bruise there which has just healed, my friend suggested it might be to do with that? I'm really apprehensive to visit the doctor in case it's nothing!

I have the same thing in both, I think its just swollen glands, cancer can't grow that quickly. I was pretty freaked out about it.
