Well after 7 months on my diet I feel so
much better, I kinda slip off the diet
here and there but usally stick to it
pretty good. The only symptom I still
have is sweating excessively from my arm
pits. Ive had this symptom for about 4
months now and it just doesnt wanan go
away. Ive come to the conclusion its from
either the fruit im eating or the milk I
have at breakfast, as I seem to sweat the
most around the middle of the day and
never at night.
I usually eat fuit in the morning with my
breakfast, so this week im going to stop
eating fruit all toghter and see if it
gets better, if not next week i'll give up
milk and switch to soy milk and see if
that works.
Does anyone else expereince heavy
sweating? And or symptoms from fruit and
cows milk?
Thanks

Maybe eat the majority of the fruit later
in the day to see what happens. I'd skip
the milk before the fruit.

Were you checked for thyroid conditons?
Or for adrenal conditions?
Sweating is one of the many symtoms of
these two particular conditons that are
sometimes confused with a diagnosis of
hypoglycemia.
Just a thought.

I don't use any unless I can get it raw,
which is illegal in this state.

Well its been nearly a week no milk, and
the sweat continues. I must say its not
as bad as it was before and some days I
can deal with it. Others theres still a
fair bit of sweat. It only happens when I
go out, like to university and earlier in
the day. Today I woke up and im sweating
a bit already. Usually by afternoon
theres no signs of sweat. Its just
underarm sweat but, and it seems the right
arm produces more sweat.
I dont know what to try next

You should probably wait at least 2-4
weeks before ruling the milk out. I've
heard at least 2 weeks when testing for
allergies.

Ok will do.
The 2nd day of it I felt so good no sweat
at all, and just felt on top of the world
all day, but slowly each day the sweat
began to come back, I was still using a
little bit of milk here and there but
nothing like I used to drink.
I'll ruke it out completley and see what
happens.
Any idea why my right underarm sweats more
then my left?

I cant belive this I just went to uni
then, and there was the most sweat ive had
in along time. My right underarm was
soaking wet, I had to come home and miss
half my classes. By the time I got home
the sweating has pretty much stopped. Im
so sick of this. It must be something im
eating, and it last for about 2hours then
goes away. I eat pretty good so I cant
work it out.
