My husband is in afghanistan and has been complaining of severe back pain.....He didn't specify where it hurt most but he did say it was from working out... He said that his back felt "wet" ...And I don't think he meant from sweating im think there are internal injuries... But im not a doctor so I don't even know...

What could it be and what would the worse case scenario be?
